Masses used for the special effects are very well defined mineral composition and produced exclusively from the raw materials of specific quality, wallpapers are carefully printed, and ceramics is characterized by a wealth of colors and perfect firing conditions. The project itself is also expensive - although the idea must be developed by a designer, but software that will allow to visualize the presentation is still quite expensive. After all, do not try to save on arrangements - only a few designers have the software that allows the preparation of accurate visualization, cost estimation and plans for construction crews. And this is important, because from a design to implementation there is always a long way, and errors accumulate, effectively reducing the effect of attractiveness. Of course, it is not easy to assess the knowledge and skills of the designer, but you can be sure that not everyone can be an interior arranger. Above all, you should ask yourself whether exclusive interiors are really expensive? Yes, a single bill will be higher, but if it is a guarantee of stability and uniqueness, then the assessment or evaluation will be a bit different... You pay, after all, not only for originality, though it is usually a key asset, but also for the professionalism and quality. Good design is not cheap, but it is worth any price - this is just the case of luxurious interiors: the arrangements are expensive because they are perfectly prepared. Luxury is worth paying for. Paints for special effects, special equipment for their application, the wooden floors and luxurious mosaic of glass or metal - all that can turn an ordinary house into a dream home - regardless of yardage, starting price or location, because luxury is always attractive.

In the case of exclusive arrangements, we have to face additional difficulty: the need to give the entire décor some taste of luxury - not necessarily baroque, dripping with opulence, but certainly sophisticated, subdued but evident and clear. Each arrangement must be designed from scratch - there is no such thing as a well-known and appreciated templates, though of course some solutions can be repeated with some interiors. Experience of designers must include not only the knowledge of aesthetics, but also many of the issues purely technical, as preparing the arrangement is not limited to the planning of colors - if you want to have prepared wall finishes, the task of the designer is to take into account the specific nature of the materials used and, if necessary, to suggest alternatives that for technological reasons are more favorable. What applies to the skills, the superior one is to be able to solve the problems in an unconventional way. In practice, all unfinished interiors are very similar. Only the work of the designer and later the work of executive teams for the implementation of the specific arrangement leads to unusual spaces. So we can say that with each order, interior designer is faced with the same problem (although, of course, with some changes resulting from the size or style of space or budget for the project), but every time he must solve it even a little bit differently. Otherwise, the interiors would not differ from each other. Combination of knowledge and practical skills of designer brings the arrangements that are both beautiful and durable. This can not be separated - even if the designer is aware that the interior finished according to his ideas will be rearranged for a year, two, five or ten. So, he can not consider the use of materials of poor quality: all the interiors must be perfect, and in the future, the investor will be making decisions concerning their future.

The most prominent interior designers owe its reputation to their unique skills, but they never neglect the importance of the quality of the materials used. Only by careful selection of even the smallest details, they are able to create breathtaking designs. Theory is known to everyone: poor materials quickly wear out, often do not look quite as good as they did in the shop or when reviewing the visualization pictures, and, if this were not enough, they get worse losing their aesthetic value with time. High quality finishing materials are free from such defects. But why to decide on more expensive materials, and if it is the best arrangement, it has a fixed life span? Because they are such items and materials that can remain the focal point of many arrangements. Not to be groundless - the most "standard" arrangements, for which they use the concern's acrylic paint, the walls need painting appears at least once every three years, and usually much more. However, making the arrangement using the special effects or ceramic paints instead of acrylic one, mean that renovations can be done less frequently, and the decorative effects needn’t be refreshed even for several years. Of course, even the best materials have some limits of their resistance to harmful external factors, however, involving a good interior designer who is aware of the importance of the quality of used decorative and finishing materials, one is sure that the result of his work will not only admire with its aesthetics, but it will also positively surprise with its durability. This opinion can be proved with a whole bunch of bad projects, even with a fairly good interior design studio, which lost a good reputation just by poor materials - it turns out that in some situations compromise is really a worst solution.

Arranging small appartments  In small apartments, it is difficult to combine aesthetics with functionality. Many investors are not even aware that they can buy freezers, dishwashers or cookers with reduced depth, designed specifically to meet the needs of owners of small apartments. It is similarly with small bathrooms as they can be equipped with an asymmetric bathtub or cabin without shower tray, and all this, to make the best use of the available space. The solutions dedicated to small rooms today are simply fashionable, but one must have considerable experience to choose the best ways of arranging a small room from the entire available offering. May aesthetics be a function? One of the basic problems in small interiors is their underexposure. Usually, even a sizable window is not enough to illuminate the interior. Top designers and authors of the arrangement do not settle for a reasonable and economic light or modern light sources. Wall and ceiling finishes, and even the selection of furniture fronts can also affect the amount of available light and the optical size of the room. Apparently everyone knows this, but the application of this knowledge in practice is a real challenge for even the best designers, the more that small interior require the use of other types of finishes due to the variety of functions that must be satisfied by these facilities: a small kitchen converted into a dining room, bathroom with drying room, ant office combined with bedroom. The arrangement of such interiors requires a truly excellent artistic sense. And even for this reason it is not worth taking on this task alone, but considering enlisting the best specialist in interior design.

Exclusive kitchens are primarily equipment. Although, of course, convection ovens, ice makers or dishwashers are increasingly used also as an equipment of entirely ordinary interiors, in the luxury kitchens this type of equipment can no longer be only the addition of a functional nature - it must be practical and prestigious. And what does it mean? Economy? Efficiency? Performance? Aesthetics? Certainly bit of everything, but this is an investor who determines his specific requirements. Of course there are some, let's call it so conventionally, patterns of luxurious arrangements: the perfect kitchen development, island dining area, bar with barstools - all in some way linked to what the vision of upscale kitchen is, but on the other hand, equally important is, for example, the finish: wooden floor, ideal ceramic tiles or unusual paint effects on the walls, including all the details: perfectly matched circuit breakers, lighting neat and almost invisible, but ergonomic electrical outlets. Each interior designer, even the most experienced treated luxurious kitchen as a challenge, because there is no other room, where even the smallest mistake arrangement spoilt the effect so much. Too slippery floor, the walls, which quickly become dirty and they are not easy to wash, furniture top which is a few centimeters too low or too high - each of these details can remain unnoticed, even in the phase of visualization and if the designer does not represent truly global level, it may be missing. The result of his negligence is the kitchen, which admittedly looks like luxurious, but its functionality does not come up to the average. You can not let that happen, because in the case of kitchen design, you should never give the matter in the hands of amateurs, or take this challenge alone, because only a good designer is capable of combining an exclusive design and superior functionality.

Decorative effects Special effects achieved thanks to a special kind of paint, can positively transform any interior. Designers are able to choose special effects to any interior, regardless of its purpose, basic construction materials and the size of the interior. The three-dimensional or flat effects, often combined with the play of light, constitute without doubt one of the most spectacular ways to finish the walls, as evidenced by the very famous Venetian stucco, or, less known, the effects of pasta or zebra. Special paints Not everywhere ordinary acrylic paints can be successfully used. Most of the arrangements actually wear them because they are cheap, but latex or ceramic paints may in some situations be much more worth - more durable, more resistant to dirt. These paints prove to be good in the most demanding arrangements and no interior designer who knows his trade, does not advise the use of inferior paint where those of the highest quality are needed. Wallpapers Wallpapers have become - due to the nature of concrete slabs - a way to mask imperfections and uneven walls. Those more expensive, luxury wallpapers only today fight for their rightful place. Interior designers reach for them more and more willingly, because with luxury wallpapers they are able to give the interior a very specific nature, and the decoration of the walls is durable and relatively easy to prepare. Of course, wallpaper cannot be sticked anywhere, but choosing a good specialist in interior design, we can count on the fact that the great wallpaper will go just where they should be, and only there, where they will be presented best.

Wood has one superior advantage: it is a very versatile material. Even the wooden floors are made of very different kinds of wood, often dyed with vivid colors. Various kinds of designs are formed with wooden planks, which are inspired, for example, with former interior aesthetics or the aesthetics of past boatbuilding. This kind of arrangement is unusual in its own way, extracting from the material, which in itself is fairly neutral, its specific character: calm or turbulent, soft or crisp, classic or very modern. In the case of such arrangement all depends on the specific connections of colors and various pieces of equipment. In spite of all its universality, wood is not a material that can easily be integrated into any interior. The most luxurious are built around a wood finishes - wood is the focal point, the biggest decoration and aesthetic asset. Of course, you can not disregard the purely functional advantages, but here much more depends on what kind of wood will be chosen by a designer and what kind of security he will decide to apply. For raw timber is very aesthetic, but far less durable: susceptible to dirt, moisture-sensitive, relatively soft (at least in the case of many species). An author of an arrangement must provide for all possible applications and accidents. Wood is a natural material, so it perfectly fits modern, ecological surroundings. Investors appreciate them for outstanding durability and aesthetic value, and in many cases it turns out that the arrangement using wood paneling or flooring perfectly improves thermal and acoustic comfort of the interior. So we can venture to say that wood is a material particularly valuable: on the one hand, a versatile and classic, yet specific, matching the interiors of modern, well-known, but it is discvered again and again and for investors, this seems to be one of its biggest advantages - wood can get out of the arrangement completely new notes and flavors.

Luxurious interiors are unique - and that is why they are worth selecting. However, it also means that the number of projects and arrangements is unimaginably great. Therefore, many mediocre designers, in order to attract customers, simply steal other people's photos and place them in their own portfolio. For there is nothing easier than removing someone else’s signature from the photographs. Prestigious interior designs can be made by very few designers. No one does it for free, and the companies that offer a similar service, are usually well recognizable, at least in some areas. When you see photos from realization, please pay attention to the details - in the photographs you can find for example American models of electrical sockets or kitchen equipment brands which in Poland are completely unknown. A good designer does not need to cheat. A trained eye can distinguish his copyright works among hundreds of others, because even though every project is individual, each arranger has their favorite finishing materials, or even brand of paint, plaster or wallpaper, and that can be easily recognized in the pictures. So, before you decide on the final choice of the designer, talk with him face to face. It is impossible to prepare a valuation of the project remotely, and the interior designer of luxury, even if he wanted to, he could not begin work without knowing your requirements and looking at a place that has to be designed. Luxury arrangements are created by the people and for the people - it's one of those areas where the internet does not replace the traditional conversation. In the middle of it you can easily distinguish the good arranger from the someone who will become perfect at best for several years and currently he is just a beginner. Remember that the design of exclusive interiors is a task that can not be entrusted to an amateur. Such an amateur, even if he could choose colors and styles of finishes, will not know the latest finishing materials and therefore will not be able to offer prestigious, efficient and effective solutions to the specific problems.

This is a very important difference in relation to the economic process where the contribution of investors is limited. Here, the investor is responsible for many aspects of the project - arranger is to transpose the requirements and expectations of the investor onto technical language, and visualizations as well as intermediate projects are just the steps towards this goal. Designing exclusive interiors requires from designer knowledge of the offers of finishing material manufacturers. Usually, the list of companies which products are recommended by arranger, is not overly long, if you compare it even with the offer of DIY markets, but in this case it is not amount that determines the outcome, only the quality. Better one manufacturer of good materials than ten who produce shoddy ones. The designer feels responsible not only for the visual aspect of the entire project, but also for functionality of the solutions suggested by him and this is a very important factor. An important expression of the commitment of the designer's supervision is the service - thanks to it the designer can keep the correct work of construction crews, which does not apply in case of the low-budget projects, recognizing that the amendments are too expensive. Another important change, compared to the economic design of the interior, is the type of software used. Visualization can be created easily, but not each will be faithful and reliable. Only the best designers use the software that allows to prepare the project in the form of a presentation that hardly differs from what will be obtained by the construction crews. There's no denying that in the case of luxury projects, for which every detail is important, it is a big advantage - thanks to that the investor until the last minute may require further amendments, which gives him full control over the project.
